  The rice in the burrito was undercooked, hard and impossible to eat. To the Burrito Bowl I added guacamole. It was completely discolored throughout, not just on top. Also, it was extremely salty. This was supposed to be dinner. It was tossed. I am comparing this meal to a Chipotle in Fairfield where I had lunch recently. Their burrito bowl was absolutely delicious. While there have been quality issues with this location in the past, I thought a burrito bowl is hard to mess up. Well, I was wrong. And, I'm done with the Lakeshore location. $60 down the drain.

  Let me be VERY clear. 99% of the staff is always amazing. I have been to this location over 150 times this year alone (for those doing the math, yes that means I eat there literally almost daily). I am leaving a 5 star review because the staff deserve that, HOWEVER this is not a happy review. There is a single person (I assume she comes from corporate or is a travel manager as she is rarely there but wears a collared shirt and stands in the middle of the line just watching everybody) she is fair skinned, heavy set, and has a look on her face that I assume makes people that work under her want to quit their job. When she is there, not a single person in the building is smiling (and they are all so wonderful), when she is there you get HALF the food and charged the same price. Since I am there daily, even though other staff felt bad and apologized on behalf of the business and my experience. As I walked down I looked directly at her and ask do I really need to pay for double meat for the amount of food that was just put on that bowl and she just snarked and stared at the person ringing up the order to ensure that they did it. Knowing that I was looking at her, she just said thank you without ever looking up and tossed my bag down in front of me to go. Every person that typically works in that building is absolutely amazing. They are extremely nice and as I am there daily, most of them even stop to ask about my day. None of them Deserve to work an environment under a manager like that. Their typical daily manager is a young gentleman with red hair who runs a tight ship while ensuring that both workers and customers are happy. If that location is fighting profit margin issues And they think that it is due to portion control, I am happy to report that they typically serve proper portions and I, without refute, often opt to pay for double protein. This review was written because whoever that woman is needs to fix the look on her face and learn how to lead a business if she’s gonna be in any shape of Management.

  I order $65 dollars worth of food only to get home and find out that they gave me some stale chips with black Guacamole. What type of service is that. 6-12-26 5:50pm.

  Probably one of the more laid-back Chipotle restaurants in Northern California. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Quick and fast without struggle or compromise. Easy parking during regular hours. However, there's a bunch of traffic during rush hours so be mindful. Maybe consider uber eats or doordash to mitigate some of these problems. ✨️✨️✨️

  I live around the corner and routinely come here around 8:30-9:30pm. This is the worst run Chipotle I have ever been to. More often than not they won’t have what you want. Or they will only have it at the online order area and will refuse to add it to your order. I hope whoever is the store manager for this area gets an extremely thorough review. I couldn’t imagine a better location for Chipotle ran more poorly.
