- MMMervin2 days ago5.0We had a last-minute need for 20 lunch bowls for a work meeting and arrived right when this Chipotle opened. Even though they were short-staffed, the team kindly took our order and had everything ready in time for our 11:30 a.m. meeting! I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman leading the team—he was so accommodating and helpful. We truly appreciated his kindness and the team’s hard work. Thank you for coming through for us!

I got all the way home before realizing the rice wasn’t fully cooked, and I didn’t have a car to go back. That really irritated me because it’s completely unacceptable. I basically wasted my money and ended up with nothing to eat. 😒

- GPG PAug 28, 20261.0I’ve been to many Chipotle locations throughout the Bay Area and elsewhere, and unfortunately, this location has by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Some employees are polite and do their jobs well, but others act as if customers are inconveniencing them simply by placing an order. They give the smallest portions possible, become visibly annoyed when you politely ask for a little more, and claim that it’s the “standard portion,” even though anyone who regularly visits Chipotle knows that the portions at other locations are different. I understand that employees at this location may deal with stressful or difficult situations, but that frustration should not be taken out on every customer. Customers deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. If someone is unhappy working there, that is something they should address with management—not transfer onto people who are simply trying to order food. What makes this especially disappointing is that many other reviews mention the same customer-service problems, yet nothing appears to change. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and service standards at this location.
