  Came in to grab one thing and the entire store was completely rearranged. Wasted 20 mins walking up and down every aisle to find it until I finally found an employee who looked underrated and overworked who couldn't help me. The website was no help. What happens to the Agro jerky sticks? What happened to the gluten free section they were in? It's just gone. Customers expect reliability. I guess I'll stick to raley's.

  Under construction, I believe the bathrooms since they have port a potties outside. Things seem to be all over the place, no real order to the store. Ended up spending way more than we thought we would when a friend suggested it might be cheaper than where we usually shop. Also tried to find something that they said they had online and never found it. Highly disappointed.

  Look I hate to leave bad reviews, but this store (and the company as a whole) is a hot mess. I have never stepped foot in a dirtier or more disorganized store. Shopping here made me question my sanity lmao The layout was essentially normal grocery store aisles, but within those aisles they had erected additional shelving to add more stock, but sometimes nearly 2/3 of some of the shelves were empty. Because of the additional shelving, some of the aisles were so thin you couldn't even get your cart through?? It felt like a creepy fun house. When I asked two different employees for help finding an item, both of them said they weren't sure which aisle the energy drinks were located in. One guy said "Things get moved around here all the time so I don't know". Oh. Additionally, I placed an online order for pick up, and after arriving home, I noticed many of my items were missing, over $60 worth of groceries. That same day, I submitted a request for a refund, and weeks later, I still haven't been refunded. I have reached out to customer service via online chat, and I have called their CS line; all *four* times I've reached out, I have been told I must wait 7 more business days before I get refunded. In what world does it take a business nearly a month to refund a $60 charge? And I still haven't been refunded lol. I wouldn't recommend shopping here </3

  I didn’t have a bad experience, but this place was just okay. It’s an average grocery store, nothing too special. It was a bit messy with a slight odor due to remodeling.

  It's May 29th 2026 and right now the Vons is in total disarray. They are changing up a lot of the aisles and everything is everywhere. It's difficult to get through lanes, the lines are long and block traffic and carts are hard to come by. I feel really bad for the staff, customers and especially the disabled. Vons corporate made a huge mistake thinking they can do this while open. I have noticed the people in the store putting on a smile so not to scream. The staff is very nice so it's not fair to have them deal with the customers who are annoyed. I recommend going after the work is done if you can. Just give them a call and ask if it's done. Maybe they will get the idea of what a horrible mistake it is. Vons, you make a ton of profit from customers and can afford to do it all in one night hiring enough night staff. You did us all wrong thinking you can make life hell for days just to move shit around. Disappointed. I should have taken pictures but I hardly could shop and I was in a hurry. At least the Starbucks is run good with very friendly staff and a corporation who understands how to run it. Maybe take notes with your latte.
