  It wasn't a bad place. We were very tired and hungry from hiking at Yosemite so we stopped to get some food. It was really nice at that spot.

  We ordered three XL pizzas with a few appetizers and sat down on the only table available for a party of eight people around 750pm. We were told that pizzas would take about an hour to make since they were so busy with alot of orders before ours and the place was slightly crowded. We received our pizza orders around 910pm and were requested to take the pizza for carry out rather than dining in. At the time of our order we did NOT know that Pizza Factory closes at 9pm and that the last order was at 8pm. When we ordered the pizzas at 750pm, nobody told us that they close at 9pm - It would have been nice to be reminded of this when we ordered and sat down to enjoy the appetizers and drinks. Overall, the pizzas we waited for over an hour were average at best but I'm disappointed at the staffing levels and lack of service provided. The Jalapeno and garlic pizza was probably the better of the three. The 2nd XL had its sun dried tomatoes over cooked so they were hard to bite. The kids enjoyed the classic cheese pizza which was the thirs XL. It seems to me that this location needs additional employees to support the demand. The best thing I enjoyed was the Brown Ale and Gold Diggin Blonde Ale brews from Stone Gate Brewing Co that they had on tap.

  Terrible service, terrible food. If you're hungry and in the area just eat out of a dumpster it will be better.

  Came in tonight about an hour before closing. both staff were so lovely and friendly but there was only 2 of them. very bad management

  Do NOT order from here. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Website menu is incorrect, woman stated “website menu is a lie”. Ordered, repeated 3x’s to the elderly woman what we wanted and she stated it would be ready in 20/30 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later and order wasn’t even started. Elderly woman and young girl laughed at us. Young girl was extremely rude and called us old. Man working there was trying to help resolve the situation, but the two women acted like their education age was around second or third grade. They stated we ordered wrong, even though a group of 7 people heard our family member repeat 3 times what it was and the elder still got it wrong. Food took over an hour and 20 minutes to be done, compared to the 20 minutes we were told. Food was okay, but worst costumer experience. They stated they’re under new management, I would highly suggest they take from their recent reviews and do something about their employees. Horrible horrible horrible, do NOT order from here.
