We waited over 10 minutes just to place an order, and not a single employee acknowledged us—not even a simple “please wait” or “we’ll be with you shortly.” The staff kept taking other orders while completely ignoring us. It was confusing and unorganized, with different employees stepping in and out without any clear communication. When we finally tried to explain our order, they were missing items and seemed careless. The whole situation felt very unprofessional. Customers who arrived after us were being served, which made the experience even more frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from Subway. We are paying customers, and basic respect and communication should be the minimum. I will not be returning to this location and would rather drive several miles to another Subway than come back here again.
