My family just had one of the rudest experiences we’ve experienced at a restaurant, so severe, we elected to walk out before we receiving any food. Both myself and my mother are disabled and need a table as opposed to a booth, when we walked into the restaurant we asked for such from the hostess and were warned that no tables were available.. We tried the bar as an alternative, when we observed that there was an open table in the very back rear of the restaurant. I should note that there were no other parties waiting at the front of the restaurant when we came in so we asked one of the wait staff if the table was actually available. They proceeded to go back to the same hostess and then return to us after speaking to the hostess to tell us “Yes, we were OK to sit at the table.”. After about 10 minutes patiently waiting for someone to come by, the manager came up to me and my family accusing us of self seating and that we took the table away from another party that had been waiting for it. I tried to stop him and explain that we had spoken to the wait staff. We didn’t argue that we felt any need to stay at the table. We didn’t even get to that point in the conversation. He was too busy, making accusations about us self seating. No matter what I said to explain that we had spoken to the staff, and we had taken no action on our own. He insisted on the fact that we somehow had misbehaved by self seating and that we had no business speaking to the wait staff on our own to advise where we can sit that it should’ve only come from the hostess. I tried to repeatedly explain to him that we saw the hostess speak to the wait staff when we asked permission before ever showing up to this Table, but he was insistent on blaming us for the situation. This was a simple circumstance that could’ve been easily resolved. Had he just been willing to listen to our explanation, but he was so hell bent on accusing us of self seating and taking a seat from another family which we still had never seen, all he wanted to do was argue loudly, and aggressively. That Manager’s name is Apollo and I will be complaining to outback Corporate over the horrible behavior towards people that simply were trying to find a table that could accommodate our disability. We would’ve happily moved to accommodate a party that was already waiting for the table. If that was truly the case, he didn’t give us the opportunity to react that way before attacking us and throwing accusations around. Rather than ask for any other accommodation or Table, we simply left and will not return.. This is not my first bad experience at this outback. I was hesitant to come here in the first place. But it now solidifies the fact that I will never come back and I suggest you guys look elsewhere.

Michelle and Bobby were so welcoming! The food was delicious. Steak was juicy and had just the right amount of seasoning. For my first time here, everything went smoothly and would definitely come again. Michelle, our server was exceptional and came to check up on my friend and I every so often to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall, it was a amazing experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Outback Steakhouse! The coconut shrimp and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious. You have to try the combo we ordered the steak with coconut shrimp, and everything was so good! I also loved that you can take home two additional entrées for only $10 each. I upgraded mine to the 9-ounce steak for just $5 more, and it was definitely worth it. Great food, wonderful service, and an amazing value. Five stars all the way!

The service was great and the restaurant was clean. That's about all the positive I can say. Our bloomin onion tasted more like old deep fryer oil than onion, our salads had brown lettuce, and our steaks were thin and basic. Both my wife and I had unpset stomachs after eating here. Overall it wasn't worth the price one bit.

I want to warn people getting to go food from this location to avoid it. Today I ordered food and it was quite possibly the worse I've ever had from Outback (or any restaurant). Here's a run down on the quality: 1. The steak was horrible. Typically I order medium and this one was barely cooked at all. Warm pink center....more like almost all pink with a brown surface. While that is bad enough, the tiny bit that was somewhat cooked had the consistency of complete gristle. I don't think a pitbull has the jaw strength to eat this steak. 2. In hopes that something might be salvaged from the meal, I decided to try the baked potato. Miss number 2. The skin of it could put leather to shame. 3. Maybe, just maybe the seasoned rice would provide some sort of salvation for hunger. Yes, it was rice...but apparently they forgot to make it seasoned rice. While it wasn't over cooked (like the potato) or severely under cooked (like the steak), it still didn't provide anything other than just plain rice. Thankfully I had some packets of soy sauce from a meal the night before to help flavor it. 4. Bread....they can call it that. It could also be left in the yard as a good rock. I'm not sure how long they have been storing this bread, but it may have clues to how the universe was formed inside of it. Yes, another complete fail. I could have driven back to the restaurant and said something, but seeing how they completely failed in every aspect of this order I wouldn't expect it to get any better. I have ordered from there before and it was palatable (not great but passed as food). This time was the one that will keep me from ever eating at this location again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you're ordering to go food. At best they have hired the rejects from Waffle House to be cooks at this location. Congrats to the Outback in Norwalk for sinking to a level of low that no other restaurant I've been to has achieved.
