- JNJanine Niemann1 day ago1.0Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. I was given the incorrect order then given the third degree once returning as they requested as discussed on the phone. They dont follow food code either after further expecting more and more info has been linked by fellow norwalk residents. Stay far far away from here go to the McDonald's on Bloomfield.

When I got my receipt, they charged me for syrup and there were only two in the bag. Why did you charge me? It’s not like you gave me extra? Are we not giving out syrup with hotcakes anymore? I reached out to corporate and they basically said that they have no control over their locations. That this is independently owed and operated. Okay cool. So the owners of this McDonald’s are trash. Go somewhere else. Don’t support an owner who nickles and dimes their customers.
