  10/13/2026 Great Promotion day! And good service. Cashier from the panecito side was good and detailed. They said it was her first day and she showed cared towards her customers. Managers were quick to adjust and fix things and were understanding towards their customers. The only thing I would say would be becareful with the promotions and more specific. Some customers complained that they wanted it to go but where first directed that it's dine in only but they accommodated to those customers that had work. Next, the promotion only mentions free stack of pancakes but at the cafe the specified only 2 free pancakes and I'm sure someone will complain that they want more because the promotion only mentioned free stack which could be 2, 3, or 6. Overall glad that they are down the street and seems like it is in good hands with the way management handled situations.

  We felt rushed, and our server, Karina, who wears fake contact lenses, had a terrible attitude; when we asked what was on the chicken sandwich, she gave us a rude response. Train your servers better, they need to leave their personal problems at home. They have a job because of people like us go eat at the restaurants.

  This is my second time Here this week and they just opened. The staff is friendly since you walk in the door. Ramon was attentive and delivered w great service. Thank you all at Loaded Cafe and Panecito. Continued success!

  Primera ves en este nuevo lugar y el Servicio estuvo espectacular. Ramon fue nuestro mesero y le doy un 1000 de 1000, gracias por tan exelente servicio y tener tan atento personal . Claro que si regreso y traigo más amigos . Gracias 😊

  Ramon was our server. He attended to our family quickly, effectively, and respectfully. He definitely carried the rush hour no cap. On foenem. MAY HE HAVE A VERY LUCRATIVE CAREER!
