- VCVale- ClinicalNutritionAnalystJun 13, 20261.0I came to this Chipotle because it was conveniently located next to Panera, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was a noticeable difference in the portion sizes between the protein cups I ordered, with one clearly containing less than the others. When I politely pointed out the issue and asked if it could be corrected, the employee refused to fix it. The quality of the chicken was also poor. Several pieces were thin, stringy, and appeared to be mostly skin, connective tissue, or other undesirable parts rather than quality meat. I brought up my concerns, but the employee seemed completely comfortable serving it as-is. Instead of resolving a simple customer concern, I was left with no choice but to drive to another Chipotle to get the meal I expected. Based on this experience, I can understand why this location has such low ratings. Better quality control, consistent portions, and improved customer service are needed.
