I pressed the assistance button and waited 15–20 minutes, but nobody came to help me. Wasting a customer’s time like this is completely unacceptable. If you have a locked case, there should at least be someone available to assist customers. I came here to spend my money, not stand around waiting for someone who never shows up. Very frustrating and very poor customer service.

She walked in the store to speak with someone in charge but has been returned without any remedy. So I called store and asked manager to give her a new card or refund and she refused to do that and told me to contact to the customer service instead to file the incident. And she said its not even a first time and are so many scam cards around. What???? That means this store has many incident like this?? Then you should be aware not to sell scam gift cards like this to the customers anymore!! My daughter paid with cash and cant even dispute the transaction. Please be aware to get any gift cards from this store.
