  Was followed around and out of the store a day after 4th of July. They never said anything but some ethinic guy(Armenian or Iranian, can't tell) followed me out looked around then headed back in. They also intentionally made me wait for a cashier host at self checkout. The host finally made it to me and didn't say or look at me. I paid my items and left. How is the place getting great reviews?

  This is the worst vons ive ever been to. Products are all over the place. No organization what so ever. Pick up water from one end of the store, sparkling from the other end and the rest of the drinks from the middle with some spread out over the sides.

  I always go to my local Vons Market in Northridge, but this cashier named Anna was really rude. She refused to scan a coupon that was printed on my receipt from a previous purchase. I’m very disappointed because it would have saved me $5 on a $25 purchase. Anna was very rude and unprofessional. It’s especially disappointing because I’ve never had this kind of experience here before, and I shop here all the time.

  While passing by the Vons located at the corner of Reseda Boulevard and Nordhoff Street, I noticed several cases of bottled water being stored outside in direct sunlight. The cases appeared to have been sitting there for an extended period of time and were exposed to the hot California sun. This raised concerns because prolonged exposure to high temperatures can negatively affect bottled water. Many plastic water bottles are made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate), and excessive heat may cause chemicals from the plastic to leach into the water over time. Heat can also affect the taste and quality of the water. Additionally, storing bottled water in direct sunlight can promote the growth of algae or bacteria if the packaging becomes damaged or compromised. Consumers generally expect bottled water to be stored in a cool, shaded environment to maintain its quality and safety. Seeing large quantities of bottled water baking in the sun may cause customers to question whether proper storage practices are being followed. I hope this concern is reviewed so that products intended for consumption are stored in a manner that protects their quality and provides customers with confidence in the products they purchase.
