    My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing because of the staff’s attitude. In particular, an employee named Chuy, who stated that he is the manager, displayed an arrogant, condescending attitude and showed very little willingness to assist or help customers. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or provide professional customer service, he treated me with disrespect and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy. It gave the impression that he uses his position of authority to intimidate or dismiss customers rather than ensuring they receive proper service and a positive experience. This kind of behavior seriously damages the reputation of the business and reflects a concerning lack of customer service standards. I sincerely hope management takes situations like this seriously and addresses the conduct of employees, especially those in leadership positions, as they represent the company and set the standard for how customers should be treated.

    NEW Jerk Chicken Bowl…sweet, spicy, hearty, savory and creamy!! Marinated Chicken Breast, Coconut Jerk Sauce, Fried Plantains, Braised Red Cabbage with Black Beans, Green Onions and Stand Rice Blend drizzled with Coconut Jerk Sauce!! Classic vibes with the Jalapeño Bacon Burger with beef patty, american cheese, pepper jack cheese, grilled onion, roasted jalapeño, pickled jalapeño, crispy onion strings and jalapeño scallion aioli. You can really taste jalapeño!! The BBQ Brisket On A Pretzel Roll just screams all American with 14 hour juicy bbq beef brisket, sweet chili hickory glaze, stand slaw, banana peppers and spicy honey mustard bbq sauce. Fresh Southwest Chicken Salad has a corn salsa, tortilla strips, marinated chicken breast and a scoop of guacamole! Love all the textures! Good ranch dressing. I get it on the side so that the salad doesn’t get soggy. Crispy Onion Rings - stays crispy Mint Chocolate Crunch Milkshake local vanilla soft-serve or ice cream (depending on location), house-made mint milk, chocolate syrup, and crunchy chocolate cereal crispies. The perfect end to your meal!! Have them make it later so that it’s not melting during your meal. Indoor seating with sports on tv. Nice outdoor patio with shade.

I kept wondering how something like this made it to a customer in the first place. Did nobody notice? Or is this something the staff has simply gotten used to? What makes this even more frustrating is that after my visit, I started reading other reviews. To my surprise, I found multiple comments mentioning similar issues with freshness and food quality. At that point, I began to wonder whether what happened to me was an isolated mistake or a recurring problem. I understand that restaurants get busy, but stale bread is not a minor detail. A hot dog is a simple item, and when the bun is old, the entire product fails. Customers are paying for fresh food, not leftovers that should have been discarded. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. The fact that I found other reviews describing similar experiences only made it worse. Management needs to take quality control seriously because customers notice these things, and eventually they stop coming back. Very disappointing.

If your bread supplier is providing products of this quality, it may be time to find a new one. Fresh buns are a basic expectation, especially for items like hot dogs and burgers. I am most disappointed because I gave this place a second chance. I wanted to support the business and hoped my first experience was just bad luck. Instead, I left with the same frustration as before. Consistently serving stale buns creates a poor customer experience and makes it difficult to want to return. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the quality of the bread is hurting what could otherwise be a much better dining experience.

    I had high hopes for this place, especially because the staff was friendly and provided good customer service. Unfortunately, the food quality was incredibly disappointing. The buns for both the burger and the hot dog were stale and hard, as if they had been sitting around for days. The French fries were just as bad—they tasted old and seemed like they had been cooked hours earlier and left under a heat lamp. Nothing tasted fresh. I honestly can't understand how food like this is served to paying customers. Fresh ingredients should be the minimum standard for any restaurant. Instead, I felt like I was given leftovers that should never have been sold in the first place. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, no refund was offered. That was extremely frustrating. I wasn't looking for anything special—just a fresh meal and fair treatment. This visit left me feeling disappointed and upset. I don't come here often, but after this experience, I don't see myself coming back. It's unfortunate because the staff was pleasant, but the poor food quality and lack of resolution completely ruined my evening.
