- MKMaria KirilenkoMar 3, 20263.0We’ve ordered pizza here many times. Overall, it’s tasty and we keep coming back, which says a lot. However, sometimes the crust is overcooked — the edges can be quite dry and a bit too hard. If that were improved, it would be perfect. Still a solid place for pizza.
- LCLeon CollJul 30, 20181.0Worst delivery experience ever.... simple order was placed for 2 large pizzas 1 order cheese bread and 1 order of chicken poppers upon the arrive of the food it was at best lukewarm and the chicken wasn’t even cooked fully... I called the Papa Johns to let them know the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and the manager stated that he could credit me on a future order or have more sent out upon the arrival of the second driver I was called and told that the driver will not be coming to my door to deliver the food.... what is the point of having delivery service if you can’t provide the customer service that is expected of a pizza establishment if a customer is required to walk to the delivery drivers car why am I paying extra money to get it delivered and then when it is delivered its is cold and you’re not providing the service I don’t recommend ordering from this establishment they don’t meet the expectations set by the franchise you will be wasting your money.
