  It's a convenient location but in busy hours. It's pack. This is a very small type of McDonald's but pretty. They have 4 kiosk none are cash machines and able to order with employees. There is 3 booths, 1 mini booth (1 person per side) 3 half booth with the 2 chairs. A bar table type. They have two tablets not sure if they work. And some tables (? Like 3?) pretty clean overall and they have hand sanitizer. No open refreshed soda machine. It's good when it's not busy but avoid if it busy 0_0 employee are bilingual, friendly, and respectful. Free wifi no outlets. Study spot when it's not busy. Unsure with bathroom situation. Soft popular radio music playing in the background. No outside sitting. Third place overall for all the McDonald's on the North side of San Fernando Valley. However, they make good milkshakes ain't gonna lie, I prefer small vanilla or strawberry.

  We’ve been ordering from this McDonald’s regularly because my son (who has special needs) loves their plain cheeseburgers and we always order two plain cheeseburgers. It’s become part of our routine - we usually stop by once or twice a week before picking up the kids from school. What really keeps us coming back is the service and convenience. Elvira, who takes orders over the phone, already knows our order each time we are in the drive thru. She’s always helpful, positive, and enthusiastic, which makes the whole experience easy and pleasant. We also appreciate the convenience of ordering through the app and the consistently friendly staff. It’s small things like this that make a big difference for our family. Thank you, Elvira and team!
