  The worst McD location. I ordered drive thru and ordered over $30 worth, only to find out they missed my deluxe chicken sandwich when I got home. Fries and chicken nuggets tasted old and stale like they just warmed up ones that’s been sitting out for a while. Then I called and told them about the missing order and she just said she’ll add me to the “VIP list” and that the next time I go, I just tell them my name and I’ll get a free meal. Okay, so today I stopped by and despite everyone looking confused when I said VIP list, the manager was nice and asked what they promised me. He said he’ll give me chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich meal and I asked if I can get the sandwich deluxe because that’s what I ordered last time. And guess what?! No chicken nuggets! I was like whatever, as long as I have my sandwich… I come home and check the sandwich and there’s little tiny tomatoes literally the size of a dollar coin and the sauce was smeared at the top of the chicken. That ain’t no deluxe… so I basically got stale fries and a drink. Mind you it was THEIR mistake for messing up my order then to have me drive to this specific location again. I mean y’all know how much gas prices are these days… I’m pissed!! Go to another location. Literally any other location is better than here.

  This location is the worst at helping with refills on drinks. The staff looks at you and ignores you, it takes about 5 minutes at the front desk to get someone to help you to get a refill. There should be a bell or something to help get refills within a better time frame.

  i have gone a couple of times, and every time they always make my order wrong. It’s the closest one from my house. But, unfortunately this last time they got my order wrong and i went back spoke to the manager she, she apologized than did the order again. Asked how if i want the sandwich with cheese, i responded “yes”. when i got home the order was wrong again . i called the and spoke to the manager she stated, she stated that it was my fault the order was wrong, and that i said “no cheese “ and i need to learn how to read the drive thru menu board to order correctly. and to make a complaint to the franchise. i will never go back the food taste old and is always wrongly made, and customer service is horrible unprofessional.

  This place sucks employees, ignore you like if you don’t exist they leave you standing and no one acknowledges you at all.

  Customer service no longer exists. This incident poses a liability if there is violence erupted out of frustration and anger between drivers. If you want great customer service go to In N' Out.
