My buddy asked me if my burger bun was cold and when I touched the top of the bun it was cold to the touch. When paying $38.00 for two burgers, fries and a drink the food should be 100% hot. After we ate we told the employees the bun was cold, the workers started arguing with us. We only wanted to let them know, we didn't want a refund or anything. The employees reaction was that there is no way it was cold and ended up calling us lyers. The guy with the lipsticks was completely rude. What happened to customer service? Next time we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I approached the person who prepares the food but one of the cook got involved while I was telling them my problem but instead of respond to me as of business employee, they take it as an insult and attack me. Call me a liar. I just had to walk away to protect my dignity, I was just trying to do nice thing and I had nothing to gain. Unfortunately, this kind of people everywhere they look like they just came out of the rave club or skateboard park with no training or person the person Basic Social skill.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
