  The drive through extremely narrow yo can see the battle scars on the building from cars hitting it. The lettuce tasted like a dirty refrigerator. I couldn't finish it. The credit card machine was down so the teller took my credit card to process it elsewhere in the building. He did ask for permission to take my card elsewhere to process. He was very courteous. I don't blame him he was good tried to sell me other items which I appreciate since I run a big area in my type of business. No excuse for the food. I will try again soon I hope they improved. Or I will take mu business to another place.

  I placed my order very clearly and took extra care to make sure it was correct. The employee repeated my order back to me, and I confirmed it again to avoid any mistakes. I specifically ordered an unsweetened iced tea with no sugar due to my diabetes. When I arrived at the window, I was given a tea that was clearly loaded with sugar. I immediately brought this to the employee’s attention and explained that I am diabetic and cannot consume sugary drinks. Instead of correcting the mistake with professionalism or concern, the employee was unapologetic and behaved in a rude and dismissive manner. This situation goes beyond a simple order error. For someone with a medical condition like diabetes, being given the wrong item can have serious health consequences. It is unacceptable to be treated with such disregard, especially after taking the time to ensure the order was accurate. As a senior citizen, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and courtesy. This experience was both upsetting and concerning, and it reflects poorly on the standards of service and care that customers should be able to rely on.

  Paulina needs to be terminated. She has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Paulina made a mistake on my order and I brought it to her attention, she rolled her eyes and handed me my food. She did not once say sorry for her mistake. Paulina should not be in the field of customer service.
