- SGSelina GarciaMay 12, 20261.0I've had multiple bad experiences at this location (soda machine not working, but they will give me water instead, we didn't buy water, things being out, so u don't get the full combo paid for). Today, I ordered a burrito and paid extra for extra sauce. It was slow; there was only one other customer at the time. I saw her make the burrito; she barely put any sauce on it. I told the girl at the counter about the extra sauce I ordered, and she told me I had to pay extra, which I already did. She told the girl who made my burrito that she did, but I saw her. She told her, "Oh, just give it to her." When I walk away, I can hear them talking about me. Zero stars for customer service. I only went today because I was in a hurry, and it was in a convenient location. I'll be avoiding this location for now on.

Kiosk didn’t give receipt, took almost half an hour to get a pollo bowl, pollo bowl clearly had way less in it than other pollo locos give then opened to find out it was missing food (the pico de gallo), and didn’t have salsas. Clearly understaffed and just overall terrible now. Just go to the Panda Express even if it has a long line. Edit: Food is too salty as well. Forgot to mention you don’t even get your food even if it’s ready, they’ll wait until it’s your turn numerically so your food might get cold like mine.
