  I love Dominos pizza! I would say its my favorite so its very disappointing when you have an unpleasant experience. I call to see if it was possible to change the sauce on my pizza to Alfredo, Jonathan "the manager" answered the call. He stated i would have to cancel my order to make the change but Uber does not give the option. He proceeded to say they were busy. I requested to speak to the manager. He said ok and hung up on me. I called again and Jonathan answered again and claimed to be the manager. He said to they didn't have time and he was the manager. I dknt understand the need to be do rude. If he is the manager, he definitely needs training.

  When I arrived to this location. The female staff member was on her phone with her elbows and the top part of her chest on all leaning on the open ready to us boxes. She asked me if I was here to order or pick up and I informed her that I was here to pick up she requested my name. I provided her my name she and she brought over four boxes that were not mine, and I informed her that I only ordered one large pepperoni. She then indicated that she did not have my order and then I may have ordered it to a different location I showed her my confirmation that shows this store location. She requested my phone number which I did, but unfortunately, the Dominoes app did not update my phone number, but I did provide her with my name. She continuously said I don’t have your order. Your order is not here. I double check the app and showed it to her to confirm that this is the address to this location. She said yes I proceeded to tell her that it shows on the app that the order should be in the oven, she went to check and she said there’s no order here. I asked her if she’s able to look up the order with my name which was provided to her in which she then said there’s no order under that name and that I might be at the wrong location. I again showed her the email confirmation and she’s like well. You kept providing me the wrong number. I asked if there was a order under my name. She then said yes. This whole time giving me attitude when saying there was no order. I asked her to not give me attitude since it’s not my fault she didn’t see the incoming orders since she was on her phone. My order was suppose to be ready by 12:17. My order was not ready until 12:45 because of her attitude and lack of work ethic. I asked for her name. She refused. I asked for her managers name. She refused. I asked for her to contact her manager. She refused. I saw the hiring managers information, Jacob, who is the husband of the manager. He said can’t do anything but will inform the manager.

  Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location the worker lady at this location does understand me what I want to order plus she said I get the receipt with my pizza not after ordering the pizza. That is extremely disappointing and upsetting not wanting to return back to this location ever again. Disappointing service and dissatisfied service.

  They have one of the worst team and manager . They did the mistake of entering order by a child . They kept ignoring . The Worst manager . She has no idea to handle it . She didn’t even say that it’s our mistake that we missed the order .
