We had a big party and Jaylene was so wonderful! She was juggling 3 big party tables and made sure we had everything we needed, checked in frequently, and was happy to take our big group pic at the table. 6 out of 5 stars for Jaylene!

Had a great time here with my wife again as always. The technicians were super helpful. They came over immediately when the Starcraft game with the coins was down and fixed it right away. The only thing I would complain about was that it was trivia night and everywhere we went the speakers were blaring with the trivia guy asking questions. Other than that it was a fantastic time as always.

Wish I could give negative stars.. Extremely disappointed with this company, BEWARE! I used a power card for years without a single issue, earning and redeeming tickets normally through their system. The moment I earned enough tickets for the switch 2, suddenly they say there is an issue with my card and that I couldnt redeem and had to wait a week. Then upon checking my card(without ever hearing back from them at all or any type of update) my card is just empty...this is a scam and terrible business. If the card was supposedly invalid, why have I been allowed to use it for years and why did their system continue accepting it? This is completely out of my control, and I have used it 100% legit and the manager even told me they did not see any fraud on my card or anything like that, so why am I being punished now? Taking away an entire balance after years of legitimate game play, feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like a scam designed to let customers spend lots of money and accumulate tickets, only to have them disappear when it comes time to redeem something valuable. AVOID this company at all costs! Do NOT spend your money here unless you want to be scammed out of it.
