  We had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster's. The customer service was poor from the moment we arrived. The staff was inattentive, unfriendly, and made us feel like our business didn't matter. We had to wait much longer than expected, and no one apologized or offered any assistance. We came expecting a fun and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor service ruined our visit. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the level of service. We won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

  Too little, too late. I love that I keep getting text messages BEGGING me to come in on a Half-Off Sunday. You would not have to have a half-off day if your prices were reasonable to begin with. You priced everyone out, and now you’re hurting and crying and hoping we come in. Why let it get to this point? They run the place like it’s a casino. They don’t even have fun games anymore, just ticket redemption games to empty your pockets. The brand is tarnished. GAME OVER.

  This place is great and a lot of fun! Good place to take your kids. I end up spending quite a bit on my daughter here. Not that I have to, but I enjoy her having a good time and then getting a prize. Though the service is not too great. If you're trying to get a drink, you might be waiting quite a while. One time I went here for my girlfriend's birthday and we waited over an hour for our food. When we got it, all the food was cold, and my burger's bun was rock-hard. Cheese was hard and cold. I asked for a new one. I hate being that person, but it really wasn't what I wanted. When I finally got the replacement, nothing really changed. It was still cold and hard. This was only one time, though. Otherwise, the food is pretty good.

  My friends and I were recently kicked out of Dave & Buster’s after what felt like a complete misunderstanding. While walking through an area near the bar, a manager told us we couldn’t walk there. We immediately apologized and went another way. Moments later, another employee repeated the same instruction in a rude and sarcastic manner. We laughed it off and returned to our table. A short time later, that same employee appeared to be watching and glaring at our group. We weren’t engaging with her and were simply talking amongst ourselves. The manager approached us and asked if there was a problem. We calmly explained what had happened and made it clear that we weren’t looking for any conflict. A few minutes later, the manager returned and told us we had to leave because we were allegedly making the staff uncomfortable. When we politely asked for clarification, he suggested there had been “dirty looks” but wouldn’t provide any specific explanation. None of us understood what we had done wrong. We left peacefully, but the situation was frustrating. The bartenders were polite and apologetic, but one employee’s behavior was unnecessarily rude and seemed to escalate the entire situation. It felt as though our side of the story wasn’t considered before the decision was made to remove us. This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve heard about involving staff at this location. Based on this experience, customer concerns don’t seem to be taken seriously, and the situation was handled very poorly.

  So me and my friends were just at Dave & Buster’s and we’re Kicked out for no reason at all. We walked through where the register is on the side of the bar and the manager told us we couldn’t walk there as we’re going thru and we were all okay mb. Like a second later as we’re coming out from the other side, another worker tells us we can’t walk there my friend kindly says oh he already told us and with attitude, the worker says “ Yeah, well I’m telling you again”. We all just kind of laughed about it, and we’re sitting at our table, and my friend is talking to his girlfriend and the same worker who said that is standing behind him and goes “ oh, what was that”, keep in mind his back is faced to her and she’s just walking behind him and says this. Anyways, my friend replies “I was talking to you” admittedly coming off a little rude but understandably id say after the way she talked to his gf. After this she says nothing, goes behind the register and starts starring at us. I wasn’t even looking back, but I could see her in my peripheral just giving us dirty looks. So at this point, we’re all just ignoring her chatting, All of a sudden the manager comes up to us and asked us if there’s a problem I shortly explained to him what happened and I said we’re not looking for problems. We’re just here to hang out and that was that. A couple minutes ago by reminding our business, no one’s even paying attention to her all of a sudden in the manager comes back up to us and tells us that we have to leave because we were making their team uncomfortable. When I asked the manager very politely trying to understand the situation how we were making her uncomfortable, he Kind of suggested that he wasn’t at liberty to say, but mentioned that there was dirty looks going on. We’re all just confused and really upset over this. At this point Knowing we couldn’t change anything, we just thanked them and walked out. I should also mention the bartenders were very polite and apologetic. I’m not sure whoever that employee was, but she was extremely rude, Made us extremely uncomfortable, which the manager didn’t care to hear about, I’m assuming lied to the manager that we were staring at her and giving her dirty looks, And in the end we got kicked out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a friend run into and issue w an employee at Dave and busters. They’re very rude there and at the end of the day don’t really care about what a customer has to say, they definitely don’t live by “the customers always right” and they don’t seem to really care about finding out who’s right at all. I’m telling u right now she is a problematic person and is going to cause issues for them in the future.
