  We came here for my son’s friend’s 10th birthday. It was great to have all the place to ourselves in the morning. There was ample space in the dining area. They served sliders, mini hot dogs, fries and fruits. My son unfortunately lost his game card halfway through the party. We looked everywhere but didn’t find it. Efrain, the manager, was so great! He helped with setting him up with a new one. He even gave us a tip: take a picture of the code on the back of the card. So in case he loses it, the code can be transferred over to the new card. Thank you so much Efrain!! My kid was happy and everyone had a blast!

  Marlon was amazing, super friendly and on it with service, answers and information. This gentleman is the perfect definition of how managers should be. Our waitress Gabbie was perfect, fast, friendly and wholesome. I have been to other Dave n buster locations and this one by far exceeds the others in every way from quality of food, service, games and friendliness.

  THIEVES !!!! RRATEROS!!! The worst service I’ve gotten. SERVER : JOJO Waited over 1:30 for my food Then I love my server and guess what happened She STOLE FROM ME!! Everyone Check your receipts !! She scharged her tip from my receipt without asking and then from my friends receipt she charged again her tip in cash. Managers only refunded what was charged on cash because they said I could proof anything but yet said it was a conversation that had to be had with upper management because even manager couldn’t understand what happened when they saw both receipts. Avoid JOJO as a Latin family you thought bc we don’t speak fluent Spanish we wouldn’t realize what you where doing. Girl bye! El peor servicio que he recibido. CAMARERA: JOJO Esperé más de una hora y media por mi comida. Y eso que me caía bien la camarera, ¡pero adivinen qué pasó! ¡¡Me ROBÓ!! ¡¡Todo el mundo, revisen sus recibos!! Ella se cobró la propina de mi recibo sin preguntar y luego, del recibo de mi amiga, volvió a cobrar la propina en efectivo. Los gerentes solo me reembolsaron lo que se cobró en efectivo porque dijeron que yo no podía probar nada; sin embargo, admitieron que era un asunto que debía tratarse con la dirección superior, ya que ni siquiera el gerente entendía lo que había pasado al ver ambos recibos. Eviten a JOJO. Como somos una familia latina, pensaste que, por no hablar español con fluidez, no nos daríamos cuenta de lo que hacías. ¡Hasta nunca! No vuelvo a regresar ahi para que me roben!!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dave & Buster’s. I came to celebrate my son’s birthday with my family, and the service was honestly terrible. I went to the bar three different times and no one came over to serve me. When my family of 7 finally sat down to eat, we waited 25 minutes and still had to go find someone ourselves just to get service. This was supposed to be a special day for my son, and instead we spent a lot of time waiting and trying to get someone’s attention. For the prices you pay at Dave & Buster’s, I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience really put a damper on my son’s birthday. Very disappointing and definitely not the experience I expected.

  We had a good time at arcade place, the games were entertaining and fun. We got one of these coupons where you buy the ticket and get some sort of a discount on food. We finished playing and went to grab a buy. The plates were smudgy and dirty, we asked the server Savana ( i believe her name was) to change them but they were taken away and no replacement was provided. The food came and wasnt all great. The drinks came with no staws and the waiter dusappeared for minutes so i had to grab the straws myself. we had nachos that had some weird cheese on it and the kids fish and chips were too oily and didnt taste good. We were in a hurry for check out and the bill came, we asked whether the discount was applied but she pretended that she didnt understand what we were talking about, probably will affect her tip. We just left without the discount. I would say customer service was the worst although the place is nice and upkept.
