  This place was a major disappointment. After waiting over an hour, we never received our food. We were told the printer had run out of paper, and rather than taking ownership of the situation and finding a solution, the manager disappeared into the back and never returned. The staff appeared to be doing their best to figure things out without any clear direction, while multiple customers around us were also complaining about their orders and service. I completely understand that issues can happen in any business. What matters is how management handles those issues, communicates with customers, and finds solutions. Unfortunately, the management here failed on all three. After looking at the reviews, I can now understand why this place has a 3-star rating. If you’re in the mood for seafood, go somewhere else this place will only serve you disappointment.

  This restaurant is total fraud , their menu says crab legs $12 per order but when your order they charge you 4x $12 since you have 4 in your party, but they only bring you one bag not 4 bags like other places. when I told young Asian dude ( I think he is the owners kid) their menu is misleading, instead of apologizing he he shoved the tablet on my face to pay and he added 18% tip mandatory. Do not go here they are total fraud.

  First time here we had to go up to try to order we waited for someone to come and get our order while the cashiers just mingled. I tried to order for my son and I and we had to share a bag when he lies spicy and I don’t. We would have paid $80 for one bag😆 no way I just ordered for my son and I don’t eat. Bad service! The waiter just came and charged me for 2 orders when I didn’t eat. Only my son . Bad bad service The waiter is not focus at all. So sad 😔 My son saying food was good!

  When they say all you can eat its a lie . Everything is extra 12 extra 13 etc for crabs legs etc. Kids meal is a joke thats a lie too they dont tell you you're kid has to be 4 feet tall they'll check lol First round of food was OK second round was not that great to be honest dry and unpleasant still charge me after my kids refused to eat it because it was dry. Everybody else got there food before us and they came after us. Our drinks needed to be refill and the waiter didnt even attend us after we had to ask someone's else to help us. This place is a joke never will come back

  Service was horrible. I have previously been to a lot of seafood places like kick n kasian or boiling crab and without a doubt this is one of the worst seafood boil places I have ever been to. I had asked our waitress for some extra white rice for my friend and I and the white rice never arrived to our table when there were only a few extra customers in the place at the time. The place was not busy and I can see why, the shrimp was slightly undercooked, the potatoes were not soft, and the sauce was extremely oily as if I was eating literal motor oil. I have never had this bad of an experience at a seafood boil place. The srervice was just bad in general, when me and my friend got there, no one was there waiting to seat us, we just walked into an open seating area where it was a bit quiet and there was no one to tell us where to sit or how to order. 1/10 service and 1/10 food quality, worst seafood boil experience ever, will not be going here again.
