- AMAntonio Moreno5 days ago1.0Of the 3 times I have been here the workers always have an attitude, the food prepared is sub-par, and 3 times I paid for a large watermelon lemonade only to be told afterwards that they just have fountain drinks available at the moment. Why charge for something you cant provide not just once, but three times?! It is either severe incompetence or outright theft.

By the time I noticed it, I had already eaten most of the bowl, so now I’m concerned that I may have accidentally consumed meat. I have been a vegetarian since birth due to my religious beliefs, so this is very upsetting. Additionally, my past experiences at this location have not been great. The staff are often rude, and the quality is inconsistent. The last time I ordered the same item, it was very watery and tasted terrible. Many times, the portions are also quite small, and even when I request a little extra, the amount doesn’t change. I’ve had much better experiences at other Chipotle locations, so this is disappointing—especially for a store located near a university like CSUN. I would expect better service, more attention to dietary restrictions, and overall more care in preparing orders.
