- RJReyna Jimenez5 days ago1.0I came to this location and there was nothing to eat nothing in the line no meat, no sauces, no cheese nothing at all , I ask the employee “what time do you guys close”? The employee responded “ we close at 10 pm” . And I was like “are you guys making more barbacoa” ? Or any other type of meat”? They employees responded “No” . The guacamole was completely brown , there was like 6 employees working at the time , they guy at the grill was no doing anything the grill was off and it was 7:19 pm , and I asked them “why are you guys open if you don’t have any ingredients available “? The employees didn’t respond they totally ignored me , this is unacceptable, they should all be held accountable and need to be checked because how are you going to tell me that one of the best fast food franchises has lazy workers who don’t take there jobs seriously. This is an outrage, chipotle needs to monitor their slow employees.

Sometimes it’s fine and everything seems normal but other times it’s a mess and the employees really carry a large resentment towards customers. Even when there’s no line and all their food is fully stocked and ready to serve, they have such a negative vibe that makes coming here so frustrating. They are in such a rush to get back to talking to their coworkers that they make orders wrong and when you ask them to fix it, it’s met with childlike attitudes and tantrums.
