  Tried to get dinner last night at 9:30 (closes at 10pm) and literally nothing available but beans, rice, and veggies, and nothing on the grill to restock options. Once we saw that there was no meat left and we've had no luck in asking for food to be made in the past we left. So did the people behind us. Can't even show up 2 hours before they close without them saying they are already out of things and have no intention of making more. This location has only been up to par when they opened and when they got a new manager after they went down hill the first time. If you cant keep acceptable management at this location just close it down. Not worth the trouble.

  I love chipotle but I specifically love this chipotle. When I say I’m here a lot, I’m actually here a lot. 2 bowls always, me and my mom. Everyone is so chill, so kind, great people. Literally always greet me when I walk in, even if I’m at the back of the line, GENEROUSSSSS portions. Love yall I'm already thinking about my barbacoa bowl

  I’ve given this location multiple chances over the years, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. On several visits between 8:00 and 9:00 PM, they’ve stopped preparing additional food even though the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM. It’s frustrating to arrive during posted business hours only to find key ingredients unavailable. The customer service has also been consistently below expectations. Staff often seem uninterested in helping customers, which only adds to the poor experience. I’ve also had issues with the Chipotle Rewards program because I wasn’t given my receipt after my purchase, making it impossible to claim my rewards points later. I’ve since started going to the Chipotle near CSUN, and the difference is night and day. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and I’ve never had an issue earning or redeeming my rewards there. I genuinely hope this location improves because it’s much more convenient for me. Until then, I’ll continue making the extra drive to the CSUN location, where the service and overall experience have been consistently better.

  Came here on a Thursday night and was served/greeted by Everett. He took our order and prepared our food and was manning the cashier. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us cheerfully and was so friendly throughout the whole process. It made us want to personally write a review for him because it made the whole experience of eating there so much greater! Great customer service, super friendly, and a hard worker. I would definitely come back to this location. Everett is the GOAT
