- MMMr MrqzJun 4, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I tried to redeem chips using my earned rewards points, but the staff refused to honor it and insisted I spend an additional $5. The app clearly showed that I had earned points and that the item was eligible for redemption, yet I was told I was wrong. What made it worse was the attitude from the employees. Instead of helping or explaining the policy professionally, they were dismissive and argumentative. One employee in particular repeatedly insisted the app was incorrect without even trying to resolve the issue. If employees are going to handle rewards redemptions, they should be properly trained on the company's rewards policies. Customers shouldn't have to argue over benefits they've already earned. Very frustrating experience, and not what I'd expect from Chipotle. I had to settle and not argue but my food was tasteless and did not enjoy what I got due to the experience not sure I recommend this location maybe should have gone to Panda Express with my free entree coupon.

I live close by so I’ll stop by for a quick option for dinner sadly that is never the case I always leave frustrated. If there is more than 4 people in line good luck! They will struggle and it will easily turn into a 30mins stop. I think staff hasn’t registered this is a fast food restaurant.

Customer service never helped, I had a problem with an order I placed online, I went to the store to pick it up, and the restaurant didnt have the meat for the order and they DID NOT give me a full refund. They told me go to the chipotle contact form, and they DID NOT give me anything but just some stupid rewards points, NOT EVEN A FULL REFUND, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK, Chipotle's customer service is a total joke.

There is always a line, and everything takes way too long. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy hours or not, the service is consistently slow. This location really needs better staffing and organization.
