  Unfortunately, this is my second disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I gave them another chance because I thought my first visit may have just been a bad day, but I experienced many of the same issues again. The restaurant looked dirty and poorly maintained, the employees had little sense of urgency and seemed unhappy to be there, several items were missing from the line in the middle of the day, and the overall food quality was disappointing. After reading other reviews, it seems many customers have experienced similar problems. I’ve been to several other Chipotle locations throughout the Valley and have never consistently had issues like this. Management really needs to take these reviews seriously and address the cleanliness, employee morale, food preparation, and overall organization of this location. I hope they take the time to learn from other well-run locations in the Valley and make some meaningful changes, because this store has the potential to be much better.

  Why are they ridiculously slow any time of day line full of people near the door with one person taking their sweet time fixing orders. Who’s the owner? hire more people almost 30 to 40 min wait both times

  Everett is extremely hard-working and always takes care of the customers along with the rest of the hardworking team. As someone who’s in the top 0.1% of Chipotle customers, I can confidently say this Chipotle never disappoints. Food quality and customer service are always great. Highly recommend!

  Got there at 3pm to have a late lunch, and there was 8 people ahead of me to order, the manager kept himself busy with checking the food containers temperatures, another employee kept chopping chickens, and only one other employee spent 15 mins to top up the containers one by one, and finally started taking orders, and I was there for 35 mins until it was my turn with still another 9 people behind me, the manager & the cook didn't bother to help the single working employee, not to tell all of us to be patient and wait. The single working employee girl was very good, but for sure needed more help.

  Great food, great service, great everything, yhe food quality and the vegtebales are really good and fresh, the workers always come up to you with a smile and sometimes youll have a small conversaition with them, defintely worth a try if you are a fan of medican food.
