  I waited here about like for good minutes got here got helped at 1:39pm I understand as good restaurant it gets busy I’m not from the area a female cashier told me did you place mobile or did you place order I told I did not bring my card and I told her I don’t have my card link I only had I told her the machine does not take she then told me you don’t need to use card you can just place order and it comes to the cashier I was not aware like I mentioned I’m not from the area I appreciate she took my order was not friendly I still told her thank you as a Costumer we should be treated friendly

  I went in today march 29, 2026 around 8pm. I asked for help in the front desk and they refused to help me and this lady in the front humiliated me by saying to use the iPad to order when I told her I did not know how. She needs to get fired or written up immediately! I don’t recommend this Taco Bell in north Hollywood at all

  This store is so horrible 😭 how do you sale me three stale tacos. The shell was very hard to bite into. I'm so upset I just threw the entire order away. Everytime I come it's horrible 😔 won't advise anyone to endure this when times are so hard. I will NEVER return.
