  I am a delivery driver and always go to a McDonald for lunch and to use the restroom. This McDonalds treated me the worst and gave me the most saltiest fries. After I asked to use the restroom, knowing I’m a customer. The lady went ahead and opened it for me instead of just giving me the code. She was rude and you can tell she’s miserable lol

  The food was on par with any other McDonald's, pretty good. Inside smells like straight up sewage. It seems to be a theme at McDonald's, but this particular location is especially bad. You can see the exposed sewer line outside. On top of that, it's a franchise location so expect different prices. What's absolutely ridiculous is they don't offer refills, even for a tiny kid's size cup. I made the mistake of eating inside to which I'd say just go through the drive thru. But taking their stinginess into account, I will not do and don't recommend you do either. They're digging their own grave with their business practices. Support a location that appreciates their customers not just profit margins.

  I give it a zero star, I didn't even get to order manager Juan refused to take my order at the counter he said they were very busy and had no time to take my order and directed me to order at the kiosk, he and his staff didn't acknowledge me or my family I went in there, stood by counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me my granddaughter really really needed to used the restroom before ordering I asked for the restroom code the cook pointed at juan so I asked for the code again and yes I raised my voice after looking at my granddaughter that really needed to use the restroom and nobody seemed to care this happened before I was going to order so juan was upset and refused to take my order at the counter, he claimed I came in there yelling asking for the code and that's not what happened after staff ignoring me that's when I asked for the restroom code manager didn't have to come out and open it I was saving him time by not inconveniencing him I was trying to help instead he came out very upset that he had to open it is not my fault he had to come out and open it for her, so he refused to take my order,unacceptable behavior, he didn't care my 9yr old granddaughter had an emergency he's excuse was they were very busy ,too busy to help customers.

  Service suck here a young guy with tattoos on his arms toke my Oder ,they are no welcoming or anything at all. Specially if is morning they were not busy at all I’m a manager at a restaurant in Hollywood , and this horrible I ask for a large coffee 12 / 12 sugars and milks inside my coffee and I heard some lady telling the guy put 3/3 and I didn’t think it was for my coffee. Because Pacifically said 12 and 12 inside!!! So went I walked away I thought it was good I didn’t taste it right away I was in hurry, going to work. coffee super hot they’ also didn’t give me that thing you put around your coffee so I won’t burn your hand. But that’s besides the point here It was not 12 and 12 inside it was straight black coffee .. and this the third time it has happened . Some need to checked the manager their whole crew staff . Weather is just a simple coffee or not his can be happening to ever Oder I’m speaking as a manager here if you still want your 5 stars or good business reviews…
