They told me they couldn't take my catering order due to "less inventory" even though my order was supposed to be for the following week. I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee refused and pretended to take my order without any of my information to call me back. How do you expect to make money with lazy customer service as that. I refuse to give pollo loco my customer service from here on out.
