The salad dressing was watered down-LITERALLY.. and EVERY time we go, they forget at LEAST one thing we ordered.

He did ask for a “glass cup” because English isn’t his first language. This employee named “Yesenia” kept saying no to him. Very unprofessional!

El pollo loco en lankershim and Victory es un caso aparte,pedí dos doble tostadas sin arroz y me dieron arroz,la primera doble tostada traia una montaña de pechuga la segunda no traía mas que unas pocas piesas de pechuga, creo que no tienen una medida para servir las porciones.Pedí una ensalada sin cebolla y le pusieron cebolla. Deberían entrenar a sus empleados para un mejor servicio. Hable con la manager acerca de como prepararon mi comida pero me respondió que no podían hacer nada al respecto..
