We’ve ordered from this location before and never had a problem until this morning I woke up extremely dizzy and lightheaded and ended up throwing up the tostada salad twice that I ate the night before. I unfortunately had gotten food poisoning. I was shocked because I’ve been a pollo loco customer for a long time and this has never happened to me.

Unprofess on phone + hang up on customers esp when probs, and rhen dont answer calls, so often. several staff; MGR JICENIA worst of all + BAD example for staff!‼️‼️🤯😖‼️‼️‼️‼️ Just claims busy vut bot rhe customer's prob! hangs up; phones bot answered; Jicenia calls customers names like "psychotic " when she wont listen bout order mistakes, when shes rhe MOST UNPROFESSIONAL excuse for a MGR, EVVVER‼️She should be FIRED, OR NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIRED ‼️NEVER USING THAT LOCATION AGAIN; SHE/THEY SUCK‼️ They dont READ THE ORDERS, LEAVE STIFF OUT; MISTAKES EVERY ORDER; QUITE UNBELIEVEABLE. - MKMichael KatzMar 22, 20261.0There's no human interaction whatsoever to order your food their ipad register froze on me and I had to wait in line again to use the other one and the little bit of customer service they did give me at the time of throwing the bag on the counter and telling me everything is in it then she walks off now I'm standing there looking like I'm waving in a plane. In order to get their attention as they won't dare look at me. They forgot my large drinks which i'm pretty sure I pressed the button for. Ten minutes later, they bring an order for someone else i asked her for my cups.She's second guessing had to ask for coworkers before finally handing me my cups. At this rate, they might as well hand all the jobs over to robots .
