  Usually use the drive thru but this time decided to dine in. Ordered breakfast and waited for 20minutes to almost a half an hour while watching people with orders similar to ours be served and leave. When I finally got up to inquire, I was given some excuse as to why; but not only did the excuse not explain why other people were receiving their orders in a timely manner it also did nothing to correct their error. (Like an apology). Which btw when a refund was requested suddenly our order was ready. So beware management does not know how to exercise proper time management and when it is brought to their attention they make excuses instead of trying to correct the situation. I will say this thank you for inspiring me to not eat this carcinogenic food because I will not be returning to this establishment. Side note guy working the register was awesome I wish great things for him.

  I ordered to go. Unfortunately, my Big Breakfast order was missing Bacon and No Muffin. I was very disappointed but did not have a ride to go back
