    We sit and eat, an employee sweeps the floor and picks up saws and dirt. He asked me to clean it up a little bit carefully so that there wouldn't be a lot of dust. And the food is not delicious, although I often eat McDonald's, but that was the worst thing afterwards.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I was trying to redeem my rewards points by giving the employee my code, but there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. Instead of being patient or trying to help, the employee became frustrated, raised his voice, and yelled at me. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated disrespectfully. I remained calm and was simply trying to use the rewards program. Customer service should include patience and professionalism, especially when there is a language barrier. I hope management addresses this issue so that other customers are treated with more kindness and respect. This experience left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. His name was ROBERTO

    Ordered a well done large fry, 2 Mcc,1 lrg drink. For almost 16$, got a medium fry not well done and the rest. Tried calling no answer, no where to dispute in the app. this cost too much to be messing up and letting go.. you deserve this 1 star
