  My mother is a regular customer to el pollo loco , frankly I don’t know why . I was very disappointed to see what it has become. Starting off with cleanliness. There’s is no reason why a restaurant should be dirty . Tables , chairs , floors . Around the beverage area . 5 employees, no more than 4 customers at a time and can’t keep the place clean , mind you they also don’t have any cashiers anymore and food is obviously more expensive , so not only they don’t provide any customer service, the place is disgusting but you have to do the work for them . And on top of that they get mad when ask to clean a table for us to sit . We got double chicken tostada and got like 6 pieces of chicken. People take your business elsewhere I promise is not worth your money!

  Walked into get myself some food to eat, and young lady named Jackie started laughing at me because I asked her for some pico de gallo and thought it was funny and looked at the manager And started laughin together at me, I thought it was like discrimination not sure why they thought it was funny, but there’s nothing funny about a customer asking for something that they want that they’re entitled toand I asked the who is the manager, and the lady stated her name is Diana and did not discipline her employee for treating me that way I thought it was very unprofessional. It’s not cool that you laugh at a customer if they ask you for something my order number Came up so I proceeded to go get it and that’s when I asked her and she started laughing at me like it’s not really good customer service to do that to people. I hope this doesn’t happen to you guys. I just wanted people to be aware and I did confront the manager about it, and I am going to talk to Yesenia. Apparently is the manager there or one of them I hope they correct themselves from what they’re doing to customers.

  i drop by every once in awhile when i’m on my lunch break and the service is always good, food is great. have yet to experience anything other than a good meal from this location. the workers are very friendly and luz gives really great customer service so i’ll definitely keep coming back!

  My online order was quick I really enjoyed this chicken tostada salad!!
