  I realize that all El Pollo Loco restaurants have gone downhill, but this place was the worst. The food lacked flavor and I literally had one strand of cheese on my tostada. When I asked if they put cheese on their tostada, the girl literally pointed to that one strand of cheese. As two long time customers, my wife and I are now former customers of El Pollo Loco. I hope that other customers follow suit!

  I said service was one start because, now we had to do the ordering. They have this new self order machines. I don't mind doing it, but I don't work for pollo loco. The food is still expensive now days. Yet they have us order ourselves. No promotion or anything. I should have the option to do it or not. Their register is close, you have to go and do it yourself. But like I said I am a paying customer, I shouldn't do that if I don't want to. I think that if we have to do that we should get a churro free Everytime you do that work. The company saves money because it will be less people working there. That's why I give them 1 start. It should be 0 but we don't have that option

  My mother is a regular customer to el pollo loco , frankly I don’t know why . I was very disappointed to see what it has become. Starting off with cleanliness. There’s is no reason why a restaurant should be dirty . Tables , chairs , floors . Around the beverage area . 5 employees, no more than 4 customers at a time and can’t keep the place clean , mind you they also don’t have any cashiers anymore and food is obviously more expensive , so not only they don’t provide any customer service, the place is disgusting but you have to do the work for them . And on top of that they get mad when ask to clean a table for us to sit . We got double chicken tostada and got like 6 pieces of chicken. People take your business elsewhere I promise is not worth your money!
