They are consistently understaffed, which means you’re stuck waiting in long lines just to place an order. The staff is often rude and doesn’t seem interested in helping customers. To make matters worse, they’re frequently out of steak, one of the main reasons I go there in the first place. Between the poor customer service, constant shortages, and long wait times, I can’t recommend this restaurant. Management really needs to improve staffing, customer service, and inventory because the overall experience is extremely disappointing.

The young lady at the counter had absolutely no customer service skills and was very rude, not only to us but to other customers as well. One customer even asked for someone else to help because of her behavior, and another customer left without ordering because of how poorly she was treating people. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic respect and professionalism are important in customer service. Management seriously needs to train staff better and pay attention to how customers are being treated.

The first time I had to wait about 15 minutes, and now today I’ve already been waiting over 20 minutes and the steak still isn’t ready. This seems to happen way too often. The restaurant should be preparing more steak before they completely run out, especially during busy hours. Customers shouldn’t have to stand around this long just to order food that’s supposed to already be available. I like Chipotle, but this repeated issue is becoming very inconvenient and disappointing.

It’s a plus when you go to eat and you’re not hungry afterwards and I’ve dealt with that with some chipotle before lol. But this chipotle is consistent. They are quick and they’re clean. I love this place! Who manages that store does a great job!
