  Good eats and experience overall. Nonetheless, I did not like that it was only Valet Parking (10 USD) and even though I had booked my reservation a week prior my visit, we had to wait more that 20 minutes to get seated.

  Wonderful restaurant on the coast in Newport Beach area. Beautiful decor and great staff. I had the filet mignon and it was fantastic. Well done but still tender and moist. Will definitely go back.

  Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dining restaurant. We have been here numerous times for birthdays and loved it. This time was terrible. We had a party of 12 we were celebrating a birthday and our server kept up charging us for every little thing said that the bread was terrible that we should order this other eight dollar bread so we did and then she just would forget about us because she already knew she was going get her tip for large party but she kept up charging us. We ordered a half dozen oysters. She brought out a dozen so that she would make bill higher. I think she definitely took advantage of us we will never be coming back and I will definitely be telling people around us not to go there either. Im not sure if management tells them to do this but not one manager came to see how our party was or I would have said something right then. We had a reservation months in advance. DONT GO WITH A BIG PARTY!!!!!

  Love this place great food friendly service we enjoy sitting outside taking in the ocean breeze. Savanna is awesome go see her! Not only was she attentive to our table but was very pleasant to chat with. Can’t wait to come back this has been a stop on an annual trip for several years now awesome people like Savanna make the experience even better. Kudos to you, Rusty pelican for finding awesome staff.

  If I could give zero stars I would… I was really looking forward to dining here after making reservations online the day before for a seafood dinner with my kids. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The restaurant offers valet parking only, which costs $10. While that wasn’t ideal, we accepted it and were seated promptly. However, after being seated, we waited over 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us. During that time, three different servers walked by our table multiple times, serving the surrounding tables, refilling water glasses, and checking on guests who had already finished their meals and paid. Meanwhile, our table wasn’t greeted, offered water, or even told that someone would be with us shortly. After waiting long enough, I got up and told the hostess that we were leaving because no one had acknowledged us. Her response was simply a shrug of the shoulders—no apology, no attempt to understand what had happened, and no effort to make things right. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I try to be patient. But feeling completely invisible as a guest, followed by such an indifferent response, made us feel unwelcome. We left without having the opportunity to try the food we had been looking forward to. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because a little acknowledgment and genuine customer service can make all the difference.
