I was the only person in line after the family she was helping and she picks it up and rudely yells at me "is this yours?". I nodded and said yes it is. When i got to the register, the way she spoke to me was with contempt. Although, i was extremely agitated by the encounter, i paid and told her to have a nice day. Maybe she was having a bad day.

- OSomar saadiJun 17, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I was shopping for groceries and picked up a bouquet that was already assembled and sitting out for sale. A few minutes later, the flower department employee came over, yelled at me, snatched the bouquet out of my hands, and said it was only supposed to have three flowers in it. How exactly is a customer supposed to know that? If the bouquet was put together incorrectly, that’s your department’s mistake—not mine. Check your products before putting them out for sale instead of treating customers like they did something wrong. Watching an employee rip flowers out of a bouquet while it’s in a customer’s hands is unprofessional, rude, and embarrassing. I’ve never been treated this poorly over something that was clearly the store’s own error. If this is how customers are treated, management needs to seriously address the lack of professionalism in the flower department.
