  We had such a lovely brunch at Moulin! It really felt like we were sitting at a café somewhere in France. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. And the desserts were almost too pretty to eat—they looked like little pieces of art! We really enjoyed the food and the whole atmosphere. Such a nice place for brunch! 😊

  Amazing lunch, desserts need flavor! Lunch items from the counter including pre-made sandwiches and salads are great. Desserts are beautiful but taste boring and nothing special which was disappointing given the price, recommend sugar, spice, etc. to enhance flavoring.

  Moulin reminded us of a Paris cafe. The Nutella crepe was delicious and the coffee was very good. Not fussy just enjoyable to sit with our family.

  Authentic-looking slice of Paris in the middle of a busy OC strip center with a lot of planes flying overhead from the nearby airport, so not exactly the Champs-Elysees. More importantly, for a place that pitches itself as truly authentic, the French food is decidedly average. The croissant was a real disappointment -- more starchy American bistro than French -- and my espresso drink was less-than-average. The prepared lunch items in the case didn't look that appetizing either to be honest, though the patisserie items to-go looked top-notch -- perhaps that's where customers should focus.
