  I’ve been coming to this spot since the 1990s. For years, the experience was always decent, but a while ago quality dropped enough that I started visiting other locations. I decided to give this store another shot and I was completely blown away from start to finish. From the second I walked in, standards were sky-high across the board: I was greeted immediately and handed my drink cup right away. When I picked up my tray, they checked if I needed anything else. The food was piping hot and incredibly fresh—the tortilla and chicken in the taco were great, the chip bag was filled generously, and the burrito set a personal record for most packed ever! Even the fountain soda mixture was perfectly calibrated and on point. My only tiny critique was a few crunchy grains of rice in the burrito, but everything else was so outstanding it completely made up for it. Believe me, as someone who eats fast food often, an all-around flawless experience like this is rare. I suspect there may have been upper management or a trainer there, but whatever it was, it worked. I really hope this level of service and quality continues!

  okay so truthfully i’ve never actually step foot inside this establishment, BUT, i have ordered food off their app and gotten it delivered like honestly 15 times in the last 2-3 months. i live in grad housing at UCI and order food from here often when i have a late workday. there’s not been one delivery where i have not gotten exactly what i ordered. sometimes they even hook it up with an extra salsa or two for my tortilla chips. i order the double chicken bowl and 10/10 times that bowl slaps. always hits the spot. food is great quality, chicken is always spot on, never dry. great food portions that make other places look like they need to step up their game. lowkey may never physically visit this place but will mostly mobile order from here over other food places. gg staff. also highly recc the app if you don’t have it.

  The food was fine no complaints yet the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing and not welcoming. For example the bathroom sink was overflowing with murky water and had bugs! The staff was disrespectful to say the least at first glance they started to talk behind my back in Spanish (not knowing im fully aware of what they r saying) over all disappointing and embarrassing. I will not be coming back to this location and I’d advise to the staff to clean ur space and treat ur costumers appropriately. If you are wondering which staff was rude it was Joel :)
