  okay so truthfully i’ve never actually step foot inside this establishment, BUT, i have ordered food off their app and gotten it delivered like honestly 15 times in the last 2-3 months. i live in grad housing at UCI and order food from here often when i have a late workday. there’s not been one delivery where i have not gotten exactly what i ordered. sometimes they even hook it up with an extra salsa or two for my tortilla chips. i order the double chicken bowl and 10/10 times that bowl slaps. always hits the spot. food is great quality, chicken is always spot on, never dry. great food portions that make other places look like they need to step up their game. lowkey may never physically visit this place but will mostly mobile order from here over other food places. gg staff. also highly recc the app if you don’t have it.

  The food was fine no complaints yet the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing and not welcoming. For example the bathroom sink was overflowing with murky water and had bugs! The staff was disrespectful to say the least at first glance they started to talk behind my back in Spanish (not knowing im fully aware of what they r saying) over all disappointing and embarrassing. I will not be coming back to this location and I’d advise to the staff to clean ur space and treat ur costumers appropriately. If you are wondering which staff was rude it was Joel :)

  I had an amazing Mexican Chicken Caesar salad, and guac and chips today. The staff were incredibly efficient, personable, and double checked that the order was right before handing it to me. At this location, I’ve always been really happy with the quality of my food and quality of the service.

  I drive out of my way for this Pollo Loco location specifically! The manager is an amazing lead-by-example type, and the whole staff is knowledgeable, great at customer service, and the food is always made to perfection. Thank you for always providing a wonderful experience; customer service like this is rare to find these days! 🤩
