Just visited this location this morning. I was there around 10:45. They had only 2 employees up front that barely spoke English, simple ordering takes 3x as long. Over half of the bagels were empty, including 5 cheeses, plain, and cinnamon all empty as well as many more. I asked if they had more and the woman said yes. Only upon completing my order did she get the manager to tell me it will be 30 minutes or more. The General Manager didn’t even offer to take care of a single item a discount or even an apology because he also spoke almost Zero English. The Bagel I did get was not lightly toasted and did not have half cream cheese as ordered. Entire experience actually made me angry!! No Product No accountability No English speaking employees No Go DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!!

Good bagel spot to get your bagel fix in. Just like most Bruegger's, no fountain, which is always a bummer for lack of ice water.

Cesar & the ladies here at the shop in Newport beach were so attentive, welcoming and with a great attitude! This was our first time and definitely will be back !!! 🥯 Were so tasty and fresh!

This was my first visit to Bruegger's Bagels and it was a terrible first impression. I downloaded the app in store after seeing their sign for a complimentary bagel with cream cheese for new members. I signed up, the offer appeared in my app, and I showed it to the employee." "Instead of helping, the employee was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to figure it out." "Instead of honoring the promotion, I was told to come back another day." "That completely defeats the purpose of a promotion meant to attract new customers." "I wasn't just there for the free item. I also bought other food and a drink." "As a new customer, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and willingness to help." Instead, I felt brushed aside, even though I showed the offer in my app exactly as instructed." "Customer service can make or break a first impression. Unfortunately, this experience did the latter. I won't be returning, and I hope management trains staff to understand their own promotions and treat customers with courtesy and respect.
