I downloaded the app in store after seeing their sign for a complimentary bagel with cream cheese for new members. I signed up, the offer appeared in my app, and I showed it to the employee." "Instead of helping, the employee was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to figure it out." "Instead of honoring the promotion, I was told to come back another day." "That completely defeats the purpose of a promotion meant to attract new customers." "I wasn't just there for the free item. I also bought other food and a drink." "As a new customer, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and willingness to help." Instead, I felt brushed aside, even though I showed the offer in my app exactly as instructed." "Customer service can make or break a first impression. Unfortunately, this experience did the latter. I won't be returning, and I hope management trains staff to understand their own promotions and treat customers with courtesy and respect.
