  Store is mismanaged; shelves are not stocked often enough, carts are all over the parking lot, I’ve never seen more than 2 cashier’s , aisles are too narrow, they need to join the 21st century

  Nobody in bakery at all. But the yogurt kikwi cake was amazing and worth waiting for. They said the deli was busy and abandoned the bakery!!! Connor saved the day. He is the sweetest employee in the store. He jumped in and got my cake after several requests to no avail.

  I shop here primarily using the Vons app for the DriveUp and Go service but whenever I’ve been in the store it’s been clean, well stocked and staffed by friendly people. The same can be said of the DriveUp and Go staff, they’ve always picked good items, offered sensible substitutions and been friendly upon loading my car. They are a genuinely great bunch, and I can’t recommend them enough. Why then am I offering a lower rating? Because I’m tired of there being no parking enforcement for the DriveUp and Go spaces and this is my way of trying to get attention on the matter from management after feedback surveys in the app seem to be falling on deaf ears. For context, these spaces are intended for people who are picking up grocery orders from the app, not those who are doing a normal grocery shop. Using this service requires you park in one of those spaces so the team know you’re here and where to bring your order to, but without anyone enforcing the parking restrictions, they are often used by people who seem to think they’re really clever and beating the system or whatever. On a per visit average (purely anecdotal) I’d say that of the 6 spaces available, 3 are usually occupied by empty vehicles and on the worst occasion, all 6 were occupied by empty cars and I had to wait for someone misusing the spaces to finally leave before I could park and pickup my order. So to be clear, this location and its staff are, in my opinion, worthy of both your business and a 5 star review. My current review is purely for the lack of parking enforcement in the DriveUp and Go spaces, something that I believe falls on management. I’ll change my review to 5 stars the moment they start enforcing the limitations on those spaces.

  I have loved shopping at this Vons location for over 30 years. This store is not listed as a Vons in Santa Clarita, Google only lists the other 3 Vons??
