  We just stopped by and ordered a Bloomin Onion to go. When we looked at it before we left it was way overcooked and really soggy and the gentleman wouldn't remake it for us, so we kind of ate what we could and threw the rest away. Was very disappointed In outback.

  Had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse thanks to Addison and our server Devon! Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out hot and fresh, drinks were always refilled, and the customer service really stood out. Devon was personable and checked on us often without being overbearing, and Addison helped make the whole visit feel welcoming. But the one thing that bothered us is the Manager was demeaning one of the servers. Instead of showing them how the drink should of been made we felt like he demean her.. As management , I would have said here , this is how you should make it. But besides that.Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely be back!

  WE HAD AN OUTSTANDING TIME ...ALL WAS GREAT....THE MANAGER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME WITH MY FOOD...SINCE I WAS ON A STRICT DIET...THAT WAS REAL NICE....WE LOST OUR WAITRESS THE LAST 15 MINUTES...SHE WAS VERY SORRY SHE WAS DETAINED SO THE ICE TEA DID NOT MAKE IT AND WE JUST LEFT....

  We were in recently for dinner. The food was great with minimal issues. Our Waitress was Paige and she was fantastic! The restaurant was busy during the dinner hours, and she was able to make sure our table (and others) were comfortable and that our needs were attended to when needed, and in a timely manner, which I consider an impressive and professional level of service with the volume of customers in the restaurant at the time. I can't remember their name, but our host was also very nice and welcoming to us as well! The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming and cozy vibe to it. The food itself was great, it looked fresh and was cooked adequately, and our table's drinks were also refilled frequently! This is the level of service that will have people, such as myself, returning!

  We had an amazing time at Outback! I ordered the 9 oz Ribeye and my man got the 9 oz filet mignon with lobster. It has been some of the best food we've had. Our server Marissa was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our dinner decisions. Would definitely come back! Thank you Sergio for making it an amazing time at Outback.
