  Placed an online order, got payment declined asking for me to update my payment information within 3 hours. I did it within 1 hour but they never tried the new payment information. Instead the order just gets cancelled early. I call the Payments and the Home Shopping departments, but they can’t do anything other than suggest I place the order again without honoring the original discounts. I wasted 3 hours trying to get the order, and more time in placing the order. I won’t be shopping here again

  Called to confirm if an item was in stock. They said they checked. It wasn't in stock when I got there shortly after. Deli staff was not helpful in locating. They seem to have checked for the wrong item. Not the first bad service experience at this location. The nighttime customer service lead lady is not kind.

  Staff told me there is no buy 2 get 3 free but you still use this sign. I asked them but they just ignore me. Especially the short bold glasses guy, he just turned around and faced away me. So funny.

  Terrible customer service. My mom and I were shopping for corn today and were treated very poorly by a male employee in the produce section. From the moment we walked up, he stood there staring at us as if he were guarding or spying on us. My mom peeled a small piece of an old outer leaf off a corn, and this worker became extremely impatient and rude. He aggressively gestured and yelled something in a very hostile manner before walking away. There was already a ton of corn husk mess in the bin from other people, yet he chose to target and bully us with a horrible attitude. This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this location.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I go in this store everyday, and recently the staff has been so incredibly rude. Diana Lopez - a manager - was causing a complete scene to embarrass a customer. She is unbelievably immature and very disrespectful. Diana had the whole store, AND staff, staring. She was laughing in the customers face, and getting extremely loud with said customers. She was waving her hands around causing a HUGE SCENE. They also trespassed someone for "hear say" because they did not like said customers. Very unacceptable and horrible. Workers give extremely dirty looks to customers too! very disappointing.
