  I never been to Lazy Dog 🐕 so I tried it yesterday evening via Doordash. On the doordash app, there was no place to modify the meal that I wanted which was the springtime pasta because i'm allergic to spinach. So I called the store after I ordered and spoke to a young lady. Now I didn't get her name, but she was super pleasant 💕. And when my food came to my home, she had put a sticker on my pasta Telling me to have an amazing day! It's little things I will definitely be coming back because not only was the food phenomenal but service over the phone without even seeing the person was top tier! Yeah, she needs a raise! Whoever answered the phone yesterday night needs l gigantic raise!

  We went for brunch on Mother's Day. We had a reservation so we were seated without a wait. I ordered the Country Quiche with potato tots; it was very good. The tots were nice and crispy. I enjoyed a Bloody Mary with my meal. It provided a perfectly spicey pairing with the Quiche. Service was good, especially for a busy day.

  On May 11, 2026, I placed an online order. Then I received a notification that my order was ready. I sent a text with my car information and waited in spot #1 exactly as instructed. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came out. Why offer curbside pickup if it does not work? I eventually had to go inside and pick up my order myself. Nobody apologized. They also forgot to include utensils and napkins, so I had to go back again. Terrible experience. I will not visit this restaurant again. The food did not taste good either. Not recommended.

  Food was standard and tasty for lazy dog. But the bald manager in black (maybe floor manager) was the rudest during Mother’s Day. I reserved a seat and was sat next to the kitchen and we simply wanted to move due to many other open seats. But dude insisted that the others are all reserved even though there is no way to reserve seats specifically on open table. In addition throughout my whole time eating (about 1 hour) no one sat in the other seats. He is miserable and hates his job. I heard him talking rudely to his staff as well since he insisted we sat next to the kitchen. Other than that, everyone else was lovely. Our waitress was sweet and very great and understanding. Food was also tasty. Other than that weird experience above I’d recommend. So if u see if him avoid at all cost.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar thanks to the manager, Mary Lou. We’re already regular customers, but tonight truly exceeded our expectations in the best way. Even though this was a delivery order, she handled everything with so much kindness, care, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even surprised us by making sure we received all the items we needed. It completely made our night. My kids were so happy, and that meant everything to me. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way she does even through delivery. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes the extra mile without hesitation. Because of Mary Lou, this experience really stood out, and it’s exactly why we’ll continue to be regular customers. We felt so taken care of and truly appreciated. Thank you again for making our night so special! 💛
