  I have been a customer of this dosa restaurant since it opened, but unfortunately the quality has declined significantly compared to what it used to be. I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share my feedback. The dosas no longer have the same taste or freshness, and the overall food quality seems to have gone downhill. What was once a place known for flavorful and authentic food now feels inconsistent and underwhelming. The biggest issue was with a recent takeout order. We had an order of 5 dosas, and all of them came with the same portion size of sambar. The quantity of sambar provided was nearly 50% less than what I had typically received in the past. When I called the store, the manager explained that the standard serving size is 4 oz. However, the container I received contained less than 2.5 oz. Rather than addressing the discrepancy, the response was essentially, “If you want extra, I can give you extra.” My concern is not about receiving additional food, it’s about getting the portion that is supposed to be included with the order. As prices continue to rise, customers reasonably expect consistency in both quality and quantity. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward restoring the food quality and service standards that made this restaurant worth visiting in the first place.

  I am a Deaf person, and they were very kind to me and communicated with us through our phone. The food is delicious and full of flavor! Their culture is different and wonderful, and the food is very delicious!

  Very good food and very good service! We often go there with friends and family, they all love their food, especially the sambhar! They always accommodate how we like our dosas as well.

  Tried their Vijayawada Paneer Dosa, and it was excellent. The staff was kind and welcoming. They have a great variety of dosas, and the chutneys pair really well with them. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

  If you leave ID Company without dosa crumbs on your shirt and a slightly concerning emotional attachment to coconut chutney, you did it wrong. We got the crispy paper dosa and the masala potato on the side and basically ran our own assembly line — tear a piece of that shatteringly crisp dosa, load it with the spiced potato, dunk in sambar, repeat until ascension. DIY fusion, zero regrets. The dosa is roughly the length of my forearm and structurally superior to most bridges, the sambar is a warm hug with opinions, and nobody judged the sheer volume I inhaled. Killer service, generous portions. 10/10 would build another one before this one fully digests.
