  I experienced horrible customer service at this Chipotle location today (Sunday, October 4th, around 1:30 PM) directly involving the store manager, Martha. I walked in to order a sofritas salad bowl with chips and guacamole using a valid, active reward barcode on my Chipotle mobile app (new member free chips & guac offer). When the scanner failed to read the digital barcode at the register, I explicitly showed the register staff and Martha my phone screen displaying the valid coupon and account verification. Instead of manually honoring the promotion, overriding the minor system glitch, or treating a paying customer with basic respect, Manager Martha treated me with total hostility. She told me to "call the 1-800 number" and then shockingly threw the freshly prepped food directly into the trash in front of me and the entire line of customers, telling me I could "come back when I was ready" to order again. To throw away a complete, fresh meal over an app scanning error—while I was standing there with my payment card out ready to pay for the rest of my meal—is an absolute disgrace. Martha displayed zero problem-solving skills, zero professionalism, and total disregard for customer care. I have full video documentation of this interaction and food waste. Management and corporate need to review camera footage at the register during this timeframe and address Martha’s unacceptable behavior immediately.

  The most dirty/filthy chipotle I’ve ever been to. Workers are not kind like other stores, Dirty back employee work area, tables dirty for hours, the restroom extremely filthy.

  Slow and disorganized. Portions are wildly inconsistent, depending on who serves you. Counters are dirty every time, and I’ve been there a dozen times for dinner. Staff goes in and out and leaves the line hanging for minutes sometimes. 5-6 people on staff with no one serving. This location clearly needs some TLC.

  > **Very disappointing experience.** The tables were extremely dirty, the restroom was in terrible condition, and there was no soap available to wash hands. Cleanliness should be a basic priority, especially in a restaurant. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. There was absolutely no smile or basic customer service. > > I expect much better hygiene and customer service from a restaurant like Chipotle. Management seriously needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of this location and the way customers are treated. **Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience today.**
