    The worst “just opened” Dutch Bros I’ve ever been too. Ive been to many DB even have left great reviews. Been too many just opened locations. Every time everywhere its an awesome experience great people great drinks. Here, bad drinks, bad attitudes. They seem to just not care and as a huge fan of this Company it hurts that the home location is this absurdly bad. This place already needs better management your 4- stars reviews should be a wake up call. I pulled up 3 cars ahead of me two cars pulled up way after me, those 2 got taken in way before me. By the time i pulled up to the window after the two cars that got there before me put in a huge orders to my 1 and when i finally get my blended revel its half water. I wish it was the only time but every time i get a half watered down drink because they make it and let it sit instead of bringing it out like they do to everyone else or make it closer to when i get to the window. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

    The security guard directing traffic is the worst. Pointed me in the longest line. The lines are way off I had 4 people in the left line go before the right line even moved an inch.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey Parker, the GM of this location. What an amazing person who truly exemplifies what a leader in the service industry should be. Kind, engaging, willing to go above and beyond. Coming from another GM she is an absolute gem of a leader. Hold onto this one, people like her are few and far between!!

    This is a long but detailed review (sorry about that, but I appreciate reviews with a lot of details and well, golden rule and all, I want to provide one as well). My family and I absolutely loved Dutch Bros from the very first time we tried it up in Northern California. When we heard this location was set to open we were excited! It is a smaller location, parking is almost nonexistent, their lines are long (that is common in all their locations) and their layout is kind of funky but they made do with the space they had and it just requires you to have a little patience. The employees there have all been nice so far, some are super sweet, others are just ok (we have already been there more than 15 times- I wanted to base my review on more than just 1 experience). We have never had a problem with our orders. My main issue (for which I discounted the stars) are their security guards. Their presence is what makes me hesitate to go. Most of them are kind and reasonable. In the times we have gone there have been 2 security guards that have just been rude. I am fully aware their presence is to make sure the lines run smoothly and to prevent the blocking of the main streets. These 2 guards though have been *special*. Due to previous bad experiences, whether I’m in a drive thru or on the street, I do not like getting extremely close to the car in front of me, I like leaving a little more room. These guards sometimes want the cars to be really close (that I don’t feel comfortable with) and because I don’t they become rude. I don’t know if it’s their uniform that gives them a little power trip but it makes me feel unsafe and that’s disappointing. I just hope the guards aren’t there permanently. Other than that, Dutch Bros itself is amazing!

    No entiendo como pueden hacer las bebidas con tanta joyeria puesta, y uñas tan largas en serio nose si en verdad les dan entrenamiento adecuado. Entiendo que es un lugar popular y que se tardan mucho. Pero las manos llenas de muchos anillos y pulseras entiendo que un anillo liso pasa y su reloj tal vez pero tantos anillos y tantas pulseras?en ambas manos ? y enfrente de la ventana se ve todo piensan que no pero si. Me gusta su revicio y las bebidad pero porfavor hagan algo con esas uñas de gavilan y tanta joyeria en las manos. Para la proxima que vuelva cambiare mi estrella si vel esos cambios. Gracias
