Do Not Waste Your Money! We came in on a very slow Thursday and we had a terrible experience. Our waitress stood at our table putting in an other tables order for a few minutes. Then when I asked for eggs with my crab she said she needed to check if they had any. She comes back 5 minutes later and said they did have eggs. After taking our order she came back and said in fact there were no eggs like what did you do the first time you left. Anyway our crab comes I asked for a small butter and she wanted to charge me 3$ I said they did it before because it was small. She leaves again 10 minutes later I asked if my daughters burger was almost ready since we were almost done with our crab and what about the butter. I was told that the chef is very mean and stingy and only gives butter to the manager. So needless to say we will not go back, the customer service was terrible and the crab flavor was subpar.

Wow! Had the combo 2.5, it was delicious and the amount of food was overwhelming; and the customer service was phenomenal too. I will definitely return again.

The hours say they close at 9:30pm. My husband and I walked through the door at 8:20pm. The waitress asked if we made a pickup order? we said no. She then asked well do you want to make an order? We looked at each other and said yes. She then slides a menu across the counter. I said no we want to dine in. She replied oh dine in is over you can only make carry out orders. What time does that stop? 9:30PM. We said oh and left.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Unless you’re prepared to be robbed blind. The only menu prices listed are for the alcoholic beverages, appetizers and kids meal. The manager was our server and she conveniently neglected to mention that u have to scan the QR code to get the day’s current market rate for the seafood!! I ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and they both tasted like sugary syrup (no alcohol). I sent them both back. When I asked to speak to the manager and my good friend asked about how much our combo was, we were told that it was $200!!! I explained that had we known, we would have asked for other options. The manager said we couldn’t send the food back even though we didn’t touch it because they would have to throw the food away. The graffiti on the hallway walls with messages written by I don’t know who, made me feel like I was back in the locker rooms in high school! Cheap uncomfortable chairs and the worst customer service to boot!! The manager had an attitude when I complained that we were told we would have to pay $9 for melted butter!! I will NEVER go back there and warn anyone who takes the gamble to- ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS POSSIBLE!!😤
