- BBBrickszx4 days ago1.0The guy with the glasses serving me didn’t have the best customer service. When I asked him if he could add a few more chicken to my bowl he signed and was visibly annoyed after that. Later, I find out he made it seem like I added guac to my order even though I didn’t. Don’t really write reviews but this interaction genuinely made me furious and I hope that dude gets his act straight bc Ik im not the first person he did this too.

They charged us for guacamole on both bowls, which we did not get or ask for. That’s $5.90 over charge on our bill! I reached out to customer service and they offered no resolution or refund. Makes me wonder how many people they do this to that never notice it. Blatantly over charging and stealing money. Never coming back here!
