  Paid close to $60 for two soups and grilled cheeses, bread was cold- cold barely toasted soggy bread with crappy melted cheese and the baguette was stale and cold. Waste of money. Super mid food with blasted prices for a chain.

  We have not been to Panera in a long while and what a disappointment. We used to love Panera. Really has gone down hill. Portions of everything look so much smaller. Chips look like half the size. I used to love the bear claw. Now it looks like it’s half the size and of course the same price. A you pick 2 with a drink and another (small) bowl of soup was $30. Seems a lot for barely two meals. Also. The cream of chicken with wild rice has gone to crap. It looks brownish? Used to be white. Now it tastes bad. Feels like it used to be made with cream (hence the name). Now it tastes like made with sub par ingredients, guessing no cream or butter. We are both so disappointed to see a chain we loved turn so bad. Also I gave 3 stars for service but now you self order on screen, so service is limited but was prepared quickly. You think with the money saved on self orders they could afford to serve good tasting food.
