- GGGrisell S. Gutierrez1 day ago2.0I come here often since I get my team drinks as a treat & I’m always greeted with great attitude, conversation, & service. Today I came after work & there were 3 cars in the drive-the one at the window, myself, & one behind me. Once I get to the window there’s a very perky girl with glasses that always says ‘babe’. I’m pulling up the drink on my phone & she keeps on saying ‘what’ ‘what was that’ ‘I’m sorry what’ after I tell her I’m pulling up the picture. This was already irritating because I wasn’t actively speaking, it felt like I was being rushed for her to get my order in. Her reason was ‘I’m so sorry do you hear how loud it is in here’ and the workers weren’t even loud neither was the music. She gets my payment- error message & then I ask if she could get my barcode for my order since I’m on a streak for day 2. She says ‘no it’s too late for that’. I wasn’t given the option to tip either & I’d be more upset if she automatically applied it before charging me. I won’t be coming here unless it’s before 5pm now.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
