    Quite possibly the worse experience I've had at a Dutch Bros. First off, half of the driveway is closed off, so when you're in the turning lane to get in, there's no where to go other that going in the wrong way (see pic I attached from good maps) 2nd of all, when it was my turn at the drive thru, the first words out of the employee mouth to me was "by the way where you entered from was the wrong way." I explained that once a car is in the turning lane, there's no where for them to go. She then said "oh, ok." And just walked away. 3rd of all, my usual order at any Dutch Bros I go to was made completely horrible. It tasted like cold ashtray juice.

    It's Dutch Bros... The drinks are great, the staff always friendly, and my wife gets a variety of sugar free options. We are regulars.

    After waiting 20 minutes for my coffee, I pulled up to the window and asked for milk in my coffee. The barista insisted on putting half-and-half in my coffee. When I asked her not to have half-and-half and that I wanted milk her comment to me was why does it matter they both come from cows. She was rude, redid my coffee, not giving me an Americano, but gave me a black coffee I will never go to this coffee shop again!

    I feel horrible not remembering one of the workers name be he is tall and blonde curly hair. He is the best worker I've seen! I almost come to Dutch bros daily and the fact he took the initiative to remember my name is top tier customer servicing. As someone who works as a manager in retail, I can say without a doubt he is such an amazing worker. I'll ask for his name next time and add it on here for whoever comes to the napa Dutch bros! The other workers are also amazing too!! His name is Cole!!!

    Honestly, I rarely leave reviews because I hate being that person. But this is the second time I’ve ordered a drink from here, and it looked absolutely disgusting and had a chunky texture. I had an issue with the sweet cream in my Rebel. The first time, I thought maybe it was just a mistake, so I let it go. But this is the second time I’ve gotten a new drink where the sweet cream has curdled. At first, I thought maybe the drink was new and there just wasn’t proper training yet, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But I looked up photos of the drink, and no one else’s looks like this. I think there either needs to be better training on how to make these drinks or more frequent checks on expiration dates because the way this looks and feels on your tongue is just not it. This is absolutely no diss to the staff—the girl who took my order was very sweet. But the drinks at this location just haven’t been it for the past six months, and I’ve now had two drinks that looked absolutely disgusting. (Also this hasn’t sat for more than 3 minutes, just while on the car ride home. Didn’t notice till I got home was distracted when handed the drink w my dogs) All love just some blunt criticism 🩷
