- KWKyle WhitewoodMay 1, 20265.0Visited Ben and Jerry’s in Napa and had a wonderful experience! I visited during the week on Tuesday, April 28th and was greeted by the nice and lovely gentleman. He had amazing customer service and welcomed everyone in with a smile. It wasn’t the busiest day but no matter what he would always try to find something to do, whether it was cleaning or making waffle cones. He also had some of the best conversations with customers which is something that I rarely see whenever I go out to places. I 100% recommend and I will for sure be returning soon!!

We then asked for a glass of tap water for the kids and the workers said, “We’re not allowed to give out tap water. We sell it by the bottle.” Odd to ask for a 20% tips for overpriced ice cream and then turn around and not give your clientele water that is FREE to them.
