I don't usually leave reviews because I understand everyone has off days, and unless an experience is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, I prefer not to. Unfortunately, this was one of those bad experiences.
I first tried calling to place an order because I was having trouble with the online ordering system. The employee who answered the phone was incredibly rude, lacked basic customer service skills, and even hung up on me. After trying to call back twice without success, I decided to drive to the restaurant instead.
When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy, but Jaden (I am pretty sure I that's her name) seemed irritated and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. The interaction was unpleasant from start to finish.
To make matters worse, when I got home, the pizza was soggy and disappointing. After the poor customer service and the quality of the food, the entire experience was frustrating.
I ate here about a year ago and had a good experience, which is why I came back. Sadly, this visit completely changed my opinion. Customer service is just as important as the food, and because of this experience, I won't be returning.
