  I am big on customer service. I give credit where it is due and I call it out when it falls short. Today it fell very short. I ordered two Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddles at the newport Menifee McDonald’s this morning. By the time I realized the second one was completely inedible, I had already driven too far to turn back. So I did what any reasonable person would do. I pulled into the next closest McDonald’s, this one on Los Alamos in Murrieta, went through the drive-through, and politely explained the situation to Jasmine through the intercom. I had my original receipt. I had the uneaten McGriddle still in the bag. Proof in hand. She still refused. No empathy. No effort. No apology. Just no. And explained, “different ownership” - totally understandable. I paid for a new one because the money was never the issue. The principle was. A loyal customer who comes to you with a timestamped receipt and an untouched sandwich deserves at minimum a little grace and common sense. I would have left a great review for good customer service today. Instead I am leaving this one. The new one I received was delicious though, so thanks!

  Completely disorganized and underprepared for what I believe most would consider a normal workflow. Saw my order sitting on the counter for 10 minutes while 3 people walked by saying it needed my iced coffee and no one prepared it. Ended up having to leave after waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee that I never got. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with what should’ve been a very simple job.
